In
these experiment students in room 6-A made peanut butter sandwiches. But
these weren’t any old peanut butter sandwiches, they stood for sedimentary
rocks. This experiment taught us about the way sedimentary rocks are formed.
Ingredients:
White bread = fine grain layer
Chunky
peanut butter = clay mud and rocks carried by floods andwater
Raisins
& M&Ms = rocks, boulders, or large pieces of sediments
Fluff
= calcium rich; produced by animal skeletons and shells
Wheat bread = the layer of silt with medium sized grains
