Re: Science Fair Times: Set up at 1:45; student arrival at 6:00; Fair at 6:30 PM

On Tuesday, December 3, 2002 the annual A.F. Maloney Science Fair will be held in the A.F.M. Cafeteria from 6:30 – 8:00 PM. All of the participants will be setting up their projects during the day at approximately 1:45 PM. They will be called via the intercom when the cafeteria is ready after lunch clean up. Materials should be brought to the enrichment/music room in the morning when they arrive at school. If there are any larger items that might need alternate arrangements, they can be brought that evening at 6:00 when the participants should arrive. This early arrival should allow for any last minute adjustments, as well give the participants a chance to view other student’s projects.

Projects can be displayed in the hallway by the library and Mrs. Hreczuck’s room after The Fair for viewing, but should be taken home by the end of the day on Thursday.

Other students (accompanied by an adult), teachers, relatives, friends, etc. are all invited to attend. This is a fun evening.
