The Student Service Department for the Blackstone Millville Regional School District provides serves students ages 3 to 22. Our basic philosophy is to provide each special education student with services or a program that meet his/her individual needs. Our staff manifest the words "cura personalis" which means that they have a deep respect and commitment to students in helping them to develop their maximum individual potential to the fullest.
Our programs begin at the Pre-school level providing services for our 3 -5 year olds in a small group setting. At the elementary, middle, and high school levels we provide resource room, language based, and life skills programs to support our students in all areas of need. Other related services include speech/language, occupational therapy, physical therapy, vision, and hearing. Our school psychologists are available to support our students, staff, and parents in each building. In addition, we have a Team Chairperson in each school.
The Office of Student Services is located at the Hartnett Middle School. Mrs. Monique Simard is the secretary for Student Services.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact Pat Connolly, Director of Student Services or the Team Chairperson at the school your child attends.
