This club creates and publishes the Middle School Newspaper. Seventh and eighth grade students may join with a teacher recommendation. The staff meets weekly and publishes a monthly newspaper under the advisement of Mrs. Lawson. The meetings are held on Mondays in room C202 from 2:05-3:30pm. The staff uses Microsoft Word for Windows which allows the newspaper to be published on the "bmrsd.net" website.

The departments within MSN are: school news, interviews, jokes and riddles, games, original art, comics, poetry and short stories, sports, opinion columns, reviews, horoscopes, and feature pages.
