The Blackstone-Millville Regional Middle School student council celebrated Make A difference Day on Saturday, October22 by volunteering for fall clean up chores at town recreation areas. Under the direction of advisor, Mrs. Lisa Oliveira and parent volunteers, student council members raked and painted at Roosevelt Park, the Blackstone Municipal Center, Valarti Park and Turbesi Park.

Student Council members included Sara Almquist, Victoria Barrett, Jessica Benoit, Erin Bergeron, Cory Bevilacqua, Stephanie Bibbo, Erica Bielat, Tanya Breault, Nicole Brunelle, Amanda Burroughs, and Natalie Consoletti. Council volunteers also included Jen Chipman, Kyle Costello, Danielle Cote, Megan Daignault, Erin Dowling, Lauren Falardeau, Jami Hazebrouck, Nicole Killian, Jen Koss, Becky Landry, Heather Miner, Holly Ochaba, Tiffany Ochaba, Ron Rowers, Elizabeth Rankins, Ashely Smyth, Kristin Stefanik, Jessica Storme, Marielle Webber, and Dezirae Wheaton.
