We are pleased to announce that John Staples, currently teaching at AFMaloney, has been appointed as the new assistant principal for the middle school, beginning in August.

Mr. Staples is a lifetime Blackstone resident who has taught music in the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District for 18 years. He recently recieved a Masters of Education from Providence College in May of 2001.

Mr. Staples has many years experience working with the young people in the community and throughout the Blackstone Valley and is looking forward to working with the Middle School students and faculty.
