While working cooperatively in groups your child is part of a team of engineers whose assignment is to design and construct a project according to a list of specifications. The goal is to design and build using various materials processes and systems. Using resources at BMRHS, including the library, the internet, and several videos on design and construction, the team researches and draws a sketch of their design.. In the next phase the team uses a variety of processes and procedures assemble their project. Once completed two written exams designed to correspond with the MCAS, the project is ready to be tested.
