Application
for Regular Education Children
SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM
The
Special Education Department is accepting applications from parents who wish to
have their child considered for the regular education component of the Integrated
Pre-School Program. Regular education
children must be without any special education needs and will be in a class of
no more than 15 children, up to eight of which may be regular education
students while up to seven may receive special education services. The program runs for the regular school year,

If
there are more applicants than openings, a lottery
system will be used to select regular education students. Children selected for the program are not
guaranteed placement for subsequent school years and must re-apply and be
entered into the lottery again in each year of eligibility.
Tuition: Tuition is $100.00 per month. If tuition poses a financial hardship,
families may apply for tuition assistance at the Special Education office. Details for payment will be sent with the
letter of acceptance if your child is selected into the program.
Transportation: Transportation is provided for students with
disabilities, but parents of regular education students are responsible for
transporting their children to and from school.
