What is a Project Team and who is on it? The Project Team is an umbrella term used to describe any individual or group who is playing a direct role in the Building Project. The Project Team includes the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), the School Building Committee (SBC), the Owner’s Project Manager (Colliers Project Leaders), and the Design Team (Drummey Rosane Anderson).
