Millville locals Craig and Sherry Cook shared a deep love for fossils. Before Sherry passed, it was her dream to share their incredible collection with the students of Blackstone-Millville Regional.
Through the generosity of their dear friend Mary Benjamin, we were honored to welcome Louis Fazzina from Apple Valley Minerals to Hartnett Middle School! Louis shared pieces of the Cooks' original collection, and more from his shop, fulfilling Sherry’s wish to inspire the next generation of explorers.
A huge thank you to Mary for sponsoring this visit in loving memory of Craig and Sherry.
