Blackstone-Millville Regional School District School Committee Appoints Interim Superintendent for 2025-2026 School Year
The Blackstone-Millville Regional School Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jill Pilla-Gallerani as Interim Superintendent of Schools for the 2025-2026 academic year. Her appointment will officially begin on July 1, 2025.
Ms. Pilla-Gallerani currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent/Director of Student Services for the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District. A dedicated educator and leader, she has served the BMRSD community since 1992, holding a variety of roles including teacher, Special Education Team Chair, Director of Special Education, and most recently, Assistant Superintendent.
With over three decades of service to the district and extensive experience in central office leadership since 2018, Ms. Pilla-Gallerani brings a deep understanding of the district’s strengths, challenges, and vision for the future. She is eager to step into this new role and continue working closely with students, staff, families, and the broader school community.
Contract negotiations are expected to begin shortly.
