What a treat it was to join yesterday's Scouting Crossover Ceremony and celebrate the hard work of our students. Our kids do so much good both inside and outside of the classroom. I could not be more proud of them. Thank you to our parents and volunteers who make this happen 💜💛
Our FWHMS Book Club Day 1 was a success - 23 4th graders and 34 5th graders! Look at our scholars go!
Thanks to JiJi for visiting the middle school last week to celebrate our student's hard work on ST math! JiJi really made the day for our students!

The boys basketball team had Jackson Dunton named to the First Team, and Karson Cournoyer named to the Second team. The girls basketball team had Marren Berry named to the First Team and Natalia Morais named to the Second team.
This is a big accomplishment as this ranks them as 1 of the 10 best players in the league. All four of them are underclassmen (Jackson, Karson, and Marren - sophomores. Natalia Morais - Freshmen) Both teams made the playoffs and Clark tournament due to the help of these underclassmen.
Camille Wetherell, an 8th grader. Was named Second Team All Star for High Jump. She also competed in Long Jump, and the 55 meter dash during the Indoor Track Season.

Spring Sports are around the corner! There will be a virtual information session for parents held on Monday March 10th from 6:30-7:30pm. To receive the meeting link, you must sign up by going to bmrsd.net/Athletics and clicking on "Spring Sport Information Session 3/10"
High school students participating in spring sports are required to attend one session next week during Charger Time. We will be offering the athletics information session Tuesday March 11th-Friday March 14th. If you haven't done so already, please register! Be prepared to bring a copy of your most recent physical or upload it before next week.
Spring sports will kick off with a Meet the Coaches Night on Monday 3/17 followed by the first day of tryouts or practices on 3/18.
End of season athletic surveys for the winter season will be distributed next week. Please ensure that your student and parent email addresses are accurate in Arbiter Sports Registration. Surveys will be sent through Arbiter to the email on file.

Girls Varsity Basketball ends their playoff run with a loss to #1 seeded Cathedral. The team played with grit and determination throughout the game. They have a very bright future and we can't wait to see what they accomplish next season. Congratulations girls!

Today our Girls Leadership Group visited Worcester State University to learn about different opportunities for their future
Middle School Cheer wrapped up their season on Friday placing 5th at the Hill Winter Cheer Invitational. It was very competitive with only 7.2 separating 6th and 1st place. BMR was .1 point away from 4th place. Coach Bouley won Coach Spirit Award! Congratulations to all!

We invite you to be a vital part of shaping the future of our schools! Please join us on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, for a Community Educational Visioning Forum led by DRA Architects and New Vista Design.
This interactive workshop is an opportunity to learn about the educational and design priorities that have emerged from our first two visioning sessions as part of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Feasibility Study.
Your voice is essential as we work together to reimagine and improve Blackstone Millville Regional High School (BMRHS).
During this session, you will:

✅ Share your thoughts, priorities, and concerns
